Idea about the project:
The Al Arabi Residential Compound project consists of 15 buildings and 15 villas, and Memaar is implementing 7 buildings, 8 residential villas, and a social club. The project contains:
7 buildings: with an area of about 600 square meters for the building, and it consists of a basement floor, a ground floor, and 3 floors, one type (from the first to the third) and the roof.
8 villas: with an area of about 600 square meters per villa, consisting of a basement, ground floor, first floor, and roof.
Social club: with a surface area of about 4200 square meters and consists of (5 floors) floor (lower basement – upper basement – ground – first – second – roof)
The value of this project is estimated at 142 million pounds for the compound, 50 million pounds for the concrete works of the social club, and 80 million pounds for the finishing works and electromechanical works for the social club.
